If you need to return your purchase, you can do so by requesting a returns label within 30 days of your purchase. Just use the Live Chat feature in the bottom right or email support@sunshader.com — please note return labels typically incur a $7.99 USPS charge.

Your order will ship same day or within 1-2 business days, with an average 1-3 day ground shipping time with UPS or USPS. I have been emailing and chatting online for almost a week and no one has responded to my inquiry regarding a return. If that is how you all operate, that is very bad business.
So far, the SunShader is just what I needed to work from my backyard in the sun. It is portable, light, and very easy to use. It fits in my backpack with my laptop and is sturdy, even though it is made from cardboard. At first, I wasn't sure about this product and figured I could probably make something similar myself at home. I'm so glad I decided to get one instead!

I fly drone shows, and that means that I'm often out in the sun with my laptop setting things up. I need to be able to see my screen clearly at all times, and the SunShader helps me accomplish that.
This sunshader is helpful for me to utilize my laptop outside next to the pool! It is easy to use and I love the beachy vibe too.
