Indiegogo Pre-Order purchases

For pre-orders placed on Indiegogo, when the campaign ends we shall gear up production as rapidly as possible, and orders will begin shipping in May/June. We shall keep you notified by email of the progress of production, and will notify you with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received, and we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Services

We utilize USPS for local shipping within the U.S. and have warehouses located in other countries which use a network of delivery companies to fulfill orders. The exact delivery service will depend on your delivery country and the quantity and time in which you order.

Shipping FAQs

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Depending on the items you order, expedited shipping options may be available when you check out. Guaranteed delivery dates will be provided for expedited shipments at checkout whereas estimated delivery dates will be provided for standard shipments.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely! For most international countries shipping, though precise shipping prices will be calculated at the Checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to delivery tracking page where you can find the estimated delivery date and time.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Can I change the shipping address after I've placed an order?
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships. If the order has already shipped, you may be able to update the delivery address while it is in transit by contacting the delivery service company. We can help in this process if this occurs.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
