30 Day Returns Policy
When you purchase a SunShader, you can enjoy the peace-of-mind that you are covered by our 30 day Returns Guarantee, and you can return it to us for a refund should you need to.
Please note, custom-printed SunShaders (those whereby you have uploaded your your own logos or artwork to be printed) are not covered by our Returns Guarantee since custom-printed SunShaders cannot be resold.
How to return your order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@sunshader.com. You can choose to either ship it back yourself, or we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Please note, if you choose to use the pre-paid return label, the return shipping label cost is $9.00, which is deducted from the refund total.
2. Make sure the items are in the state you received them, and place them into the original shipping box or bubble mailer with adequate protection (bubble-wrap or otherwise).
3. Attach the provided label to the package. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
4. Drop off your return at the required drop-off location. In the United States, we typically use UPS for returns, but if you are in another country, we will use a delivery company that is local to you.
How do we calculating refunds due?
We typically refund you for your original purchase total, however we may deduct the shipping and return shipping label cost from your refund. Returning items in the U.S. costs $9.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges and replacement items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
